Sage
(Salvia officinalis) is an aromatic, astringent, stimulating and bitter ancient
herb. Early herbalists believed sage to be associated with good health. Hence
the name salvia-(meaning heath in Latin)
This
tea has been used to nourish and balance female hormones, to reduce mood swings
in menstruating women and lessen the discomfort of menopause by easing night
sweats or “hot flashes”
